Rosemary is a social worker specialized in rural development Planning. The fact that most rural people are poor made her dedicate her entire carrier working with rural people to enhance emancipation of rural communities; this initiative can fully be realized in Compass Tanzania. She is an expert in Conducting community needs assessment, projects designing and implementation. In the organization she foresees and assures the quality of all community programs as she serves as an Executive Director.
